I just returned from leading an unforgettable Cruise to Career Happiness—a week-long, immersive retreat at sea designed to help professionals align their work with their true calling. And let me tell you: the transformation, the clarity, and the breakthroughs that unfolded were nothing short of inspiring.

Hosted aboard the beautiful Celebrity Reflection, this retreat blended powerful career coaching with the relaxation and renewal only a cruise through the Caribbean can offer. It was the perfect backdrop for deep work, big ideas, and meaningful connections.

🚢 A Journey of Self-Discovery

Over the course of the week, participants dove into my proven three-step career clarity process:
Soul Search, Research, and Job Search.

Through private coaching and dynamic group sessions, we uncovered each participant’s unique personality patterns, clarified their ideal roles and environments, and built actionable plans for fulfilling, purpose-driven careers. Watching each person go from uncertain to energized was a true joy.

Of course, it wasn’t all coaching! We balanced our inner work with outer adventure—exploring Cozumel and Grand Cayman, enjoying onboard activities, and wrapping up with a celebratory beach day in gorgeous Nassau, Bahamas.

That blend of reflection and play created a unique space for creativity and courage to emerge. The ocean truly has a way of clearing mental clutter and opening hearts.
