The cruise is designed for double occupancy, so you bring your partner, friend, or any traveling companion and then only one of you focuses on the career exploration. You enjoy everything (excursions, meals, vacation experiences) together except for a few hours when one focuses on the cruise to career sessions.

Day 1 (arrive on the ship)
- Welcome dinner onboard

- Day at Sea
- Second Seminar on Brainstorming Possibilities, Discerning Fact from Fear, and Research Strategies
- Afternoon of one-hour coaching sessions
Day 3
- Arrive at Cozumel, Mexico
- Excursion: Archaeological Exploration at Tulum Ruins
- Afternoon of one-hour coaching sessions
Day 4
- Arrive at George Town in Grand Cayman
- Excursion: Sting Ray City Snorkeling
- Personality Pattern Social Event (optional)
Day 5
- Third and Final Seminar on Uncovering Your Ideal Day, Overcoming Blocks, and Making a Seamless Transition
- Come As You Will Be Social Event (a fun interactive way to try on your new career/life)

Please note that each cabin accommodates up to two people, both of whom receive the amenities and excursions. One guest receives the career retreat. Spa Access is Celebrity’s adults-only Aqua Class which includes wellness amenities such as a private veranda, Exhale® bedding, complimentary fitness classes, plus, unlimited access to the exclusive Persian Garden saunas and complimentary dining at the exclusive Blu restaurant.
